At SP Recovery, I provide personalised support through two core services: Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching. While each service has a distinct role, they often work together to ensure participants receive well-rounded, consistent, and meaningful support throughout their NDIS journey.
Support Coordination is designed to help you understand, navigate, and make the most of your NDIS plan.
I work alongside you to simplify the process, reduce overwhelm, and ensure you are connected with the right supports to achieve your goals.
This includes:
- Supporting you through the intake and onboarding process
- Helping you understand your NDIS plan and available funding
- Working with you to identify your goals and priorities
- Connecting you with providers that are the right fit for your needs
- Coordinating services to ensure everything works together effectively
- Supporting communication between you, your providers, and your support network
- Providing guidance around NDIS processes, reviews, and changes
My approach to Support Coordination is proactive, organised, and person-centred. I focus on building strong, reliable support systems around you so you feel confident and supported at every stage.
Recovery Coaching focuses on supporting you to build a meaningful, self-directed life, while developing the skills and confidence to manage challenges along the way.
This service is grounded in a mental health-informed, trauma-aware, and strengths-based approach, supporting not just your practical needs, but your overall wellbeing.
Recovery Coaching may include:
- Developing a personalised recovery plan based on your goals
- Supporting you through periods of change, stress, or uncertainty
- Building daily living skills and independence
- Developing coping strategies and self-management tools
- Providing emotional support in a safe and understanding space
- Supporting your connection to community, work, study, or volunteering
- Assisting with safety planning and navigating difficult periods
- Encouraging reflection, growth, and confidence building
Recovery is not a quick fix – it’s a journey. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and encouragement as you move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling to you.
A Holistic Approach
What makes my service unique is the integration of both Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching, allowing for a more holistic and consistent approach. I understand the strong connection between disability and mental health, and I apply this understanding across all participants I support – not just those with psychosocial disabilities.

Who I Support
I support individuals living with a range of conditions, including:
schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety, complex PTSD, substance use challenges, OCD, and physical disabilities with psychosocial impacts.
